The Option 4 program is a school-to-work program designed to provide entry level job opportunities. Students enrolled in the Option 4 program may require on-the-job support such as one-on-one training and a job coach. Once the one-on-one training is completed, support is provided on a regular basis. The Option 4 Coordinator develops and finds job sites for students and maintains close contact with employers to ensure that the program is working well for the student and employer. The primary goal of the Option 4 program is to maintain employment after graduation for the student.
